TERMS AND CONDITIONS: –

  • Advance 50% is must at the time of booking and rest 50% Amount(full payment) is necessary to deposit 15 Days before the function date.
  • In case, for any cause if your function date will be cancel, you are liable to pay the 50% advance amount and such amount, 30% amount will be for filled as cancellation charges and rest 20% amount would be adjust towards your next function within one year.
  • 10% Amount added per hour for late function ended.
  • 10% extra of Bill Amount Will be charged on Rescheduling the function.
  • You will have to pay the full amount 15 days before the function. If you do not make the full payment, a cheque of 10% increasing of the rest amount will have to be given.
  • Hall management is not responsible for any technical break down or natural calamities which occurs suddenly beyond our such as failure of electricity, air condition, lift, fan, generator set, earth quake, covid, or any pendemic type of disturbance.
  • During the party function in hall if any articles damaged or broken out, you are liable to pay the cost of damaged or broken items add with your bill amount.
  • DJ is permissible in the hall as per government applicable rule.
  • No out side food allowed in hall as very special circumstances, prior permission obtained from the hall management. This permission is applicable for snacks only and for the same services charges apply for 100 person rs 2000/- only.
  • Minimum 125 persons are needed for per plate rate. Below 125 persons hall charge shall be applied.
  • If any dispute arise, subjected to Patna jurisdiction only.�
  • I read the above terms and conditioned agree to abide the rule of hall.
  • Smoking & Drinking not allowed.
  • If someone is found to be drinking or smoking alcohol, hall will not be responsible. It will be responsible to the guest.
